Welcome to Med24pro.com, an online marketplace connecting healthcare providers, pharmaceutical suppliers, and medical product retailers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Med24pro platform as a seller. By registering and listing products/services on our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be legally authorized to sell the products or services listed on Med24pro.com.

1.2. Sellers must provide valid business information, including but not limited to:

• Business name

• Legal registration details

• Tax identification number

• Necessary licenses and certifications.

2. Seller Account Registration

2.1. Sellers are required to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3. Med24pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Product Listings and Compliance

3.1. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

3.2. All products and services must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Drug and medical equipment regulations.

• Advertising standards for healthcare products.

3.3. Counterfeit, expired, or restricted items are strictly prohibited.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

4.1. Sellers are responsible for timely order processing, shipping, and delivery.

4.2. Sellers must provide accurate shipping timelines and tracking details to buyers.

4.3. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the buyer. Sellers are responsible for managing returns in compliance with platform policies.

4.4. Non-performance, delayed deliveries, or fraudulent activities may result in penalties, account suspension, or legal action.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Transaction Fee: Med24pro will deduct a transaction fee of 25% of the total sale price (including VAT) for every product sold on the platform.

5.2. Payments for completed transactions will be disbursed via bank transfer to the seller’s registered bank account 30 days after the order completion, and payment processing will occur within 3 business days thereafter.

5.3. Sellers are responsible for reporting and remitting applicable taxes, including VAT.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. Misrepresenting products or services.

6.2. Violating intellectual property rights.

6.3. Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.

6.4. Selling prohibited items as outlined in Med24pro’s policies.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through the Med24pro dispute resolution process.

7.2. Med24pro reserves the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions where necessary.

8. Termination of Account

8.1. Sellers may terminate their account by providing written notice to Med24pro.

8.2. Med24pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1. Med24pro is a platform provider and is not liable for any disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

9.2. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Med24pro from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their activities on the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1. Med24pro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10.2. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
